So i'm a new player as you can guess, and a Free 2 Play. I read some pieces of information about GW2 going F2P and it was said that there would be no restrictions on the BLTC. Which is false, because I would not be posting this otherwise.
A pug comander can ofc ask a guild to join them if there is a difficult group on the map and the guild is there and they mostly will join and help, but in EU that is not really the purpose of guild raids and not what guilds aim ait. They want to fight other guilds.

The best thing is that guild wars 2 is free (without the expansions) so you don’t need to overthink it and you can just download it and try for yourself.
