Yes, BMW's won't constantly regenerate , they need a steady speed of 100 km/h for at least 5 minutes and then if that speed it's kept up for a while ( BMW says 100 kmh it s the ideal speed for regen ) the dpf will regenerate in burst of 3 to 5 minutes ON then 3 to 5 minutes OFF until ecu sees a certain ash load. dWlDKuy.
